Phenotype:After 6 weeks, oastlA and oastlB were indistinguishable from the wild type. Lines oastlC and oastlAB were about the same size relative to each other but were significantly smaller compared with wild-type plants (Figures 2A and 2B).After 8 weeks, they reached only 75% of fresh weight compared with the wild type. This retardation of growth was observed during the entire growth period.
